About CBM
To expand the Finance Office, we are looking for to fill the Officer Shared Services Centre position.
This position will be locally filled and based in the Nairobi Office.
These are your responsibilities
- Builds and implements shared services models that will help enhance business performance and ensuring seamless delivery of services to business Units
- Ensures timely and completeness in processing of transactions and administrative tasks on all financial operations in the shared Service Centre
- Ensure Country Offices regularly maintain/update their accounting records, that assure reliability and integrity of financial management information system
- Roving support to country offices
These are your qualifications
- Holder of a degree in accounting, business management or similar
- Professional qualifi cations in accounting an advantage (CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably with an international development organisation.
- Professional Proficiency in English. Communication in French is advantageous
- Customer oriented working
- Ready to learn and solution oriented
- Good understanding of Processes, Systems & Applications
- Excellent in Data management
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Sharepoint Solutions
- Identification with Christian values and the mandate of CBM
