About CBM
To expand our Finance team, CBM is looking for a Finance Officer.
This position will be locally filled and based in Nairobi Office.
These are your responsibilities
- Builds and implements the financial operations model that will help enhance business performance and ensuring seamless delivery of services to business Units
- Ensures timely and completeness in processing of transactions and administrative tasks in the financial operations
- Maintains/update accounting records, assuring reliability and integrity of financial management information systems
These are your qualifications
- Holder of a degree in accounting, business management or similar
- Professional qualifications in accounting an advantage (CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a similar position, preferably with an international development organisation
- Professional Proficiency in English. Communication in French is advantageous
- Customer oriented working
- Ready to learn and solution oriented
- Good understanding of Processes, Systems & Applications
- Excellent in Data management
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Sharepoint Solutions
- Identification with Christian values and the mandate of the CBM
